Dinyar (Dinny) Devitre is an international business executive who has held leadership positions over a 45 year period in the consumer products and financial services industries in Asia, Australia, Japan, Europe, and the U.S.
Mr. Devitre held a number of senior operating positions with Philip Morris Inc. and then with Altria Group Inc. where he had a 35 year career. He was Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, Altria Group Inc., a role he held from 2002 to 2008 before retiring from the Company. Between 1998 and 2001, Mr. Devitre was Executive Vice President and Group Head of Citibank’s Global Consumer Bank for Europe, Middle East, Africa, and South Asia.
He is currently a Member of the Advisory Board of General Atlantic and is on the Board of Directors of Avestar Capital.
Most recently he was a member of the Board of Directors of Altria Group, Inc., where he was Chairman of the Finance Committee from 2008-2022 and the Board of IHS Markit Ltd where he was Chairman of the Audit Committee from 2012-2022. Prior Board appointments included Kraft Foods Inc. from 2002-2007, Western Union Inc. from 2006-2015, and SABMiller from 2007-2016. He was also a Special Advisor to General Atlantic from 2008 to 2016.
He has served on the Boards of Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts from 2002-2010, the Asia Society from 2002-2012, and the Brooklyn Academy of Music from 2012-2022. He currently serves on the Board of Pratham USA, where he was Chairman between 2012-2016 and is Vice Chairman of the Pratham Education Foundation in India and is Chairman of the Nature Conservancy India Council.
Born in Jamshedpur, India, Mr. Devitre earned a B.A. (Hons) Degree at St. Joseph’s College in Darjeeling, India, and a M.B.A. from the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad.

He was most recently the CEO of Radian Group, a credit enhancement company that offers mortgage insurance, financial guarantee insurance for public finance, asset-backed and structured finance transactions, reinsurance, and other financial services. During his 12 years at Radian, he led the team through a remarkable turnaround after the 2008 financial downturn that threatened the company’s USD 150 billion in global credit. In 2015, S.A. Ibrahim was named one of the “10 Best CEOs of Mid-cap Companies” by ExecRank and TheStreet. He closed his tenure following the industry-leading company’s most successful year to date in 2016 and his leadership resulted in the company being honored for outstanding senior executive diversity in 2016 and won the Mortgage Bankers’ Association’s Diversity & Inclusion Award. Before Radian, S.A. Ibrahim served as CEO of GreenPoint Mortgage through a period of immense growth, taking the company from 500 to more than 5,000 employees and from USD 6B to USD 60B in volume in only six years.
He also held a range of marketing, sales, financial, risk management, and senior executive positions at major institutions such as General Electric, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, JP Morgan-Chase, and American Express after receiving his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Currently, he works as an advisor and angel investor focused on socially responsible technology start-ups.
As an advocate of diversity, inclusion, and interfaith relations, he is active in several educational, religious, and policy-related non-profit organizations such as the Anti-Defamation League, the Middle East Institute, the Foreign Policy Research Institute, the American-Jewish Committee, and the Muslim-Jewish Council. In 2004, he started the Nina and S.A. Ibrahim Foundation with his wife to promote interfaith relations and religious tolerance through student travel and exchange programme.

Mr. Subramaniam co-founded Knome, Inc. in 2007 and served as its Chief Executive Officer. He was also the President and Chief Executive Officer at Open Environment Corporation and the Managing Director at Cambridge Samsung Partners. He previously served as the Chairman of I-Cube, C-Bridge, Open Environment Corporation, One Wave, World Street Corporation, Answer friend and Integrated Computing Engines. He served as Chairman of the Board at Siamab Therapeutics, Inc. (Sialix, Inc.). He served as a Director of DNS stuff. Shilpa Konduri is the President of Avestar Capital, where she oversees a remarkable management team that is led by women and participates in key company strategy, compliance, people management, and corporate governance decisions. She collaborates closely with the Marketing and Communication departments across the company with a focus on developing a responsible corporate brand in her role as brand custodian and Director on the Board of Atash Holdings. In this capacity, she directs the company’s overall strategy for creating new digital interventions through platforms and ecosystems to boost data-driven decision making in the workplace, stimulate collaborative innovation, and help customers have a better experience.
Having worked for well-known companies like Sungard, Morningstar, and YES Energy for more than 20 years, Shilpa has a proven track record of locating, negotiating, and winning significant contracts, resolving contractual disputes, and closing sizable deals that produce high-impact revenue and profitability results. By recognizing the vitality of the financial market, the ongoing changing of trends, and market-moving events, she has built a reputation for herself.

Stacey Gillespie serves as Chief Compliance Officer, where she leads the design, implementation, and oversight of the firm’s comprehensive compliance program. She is the primary point of contact for regulatory inquiries and examinations and serves as a member of Avestar’s Executive Committee.
With more than 25 years of dedicated compliance experience, Stacey brings deep expertise across a wide range of financial services sectors. Prior to joining Avestar full-time, she served as an outsourced Chief Compliance Officer at ACA Group, where she was responsible for implementing and managing compliance programs for multiple registered investment advisers, broker-dealers, mutual fund companies, and private fund advisors.
Earlier in her career, Stacey was the in-house Chief Compliance Officer for the Private Client Group at Boenning & Scattergood, where she also served as Chief Compliance Officer for 1914 Advisors, the firm’s retail asset management division. She has held multiple senior compliance roles throughout her career, including positions with J.P. Morgan Fleming Asset Management, Pilgrim Baxter & Associates (acquired by Old Mutual plc), and Lockwood Advisors (now BNY Mellon Advisors).
Stacey earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Adelphi University and holds an MBA from Penn State University.

With prior leadership roles at Goldman Sachs, managing funds in its External Investment Group with approximately $200 billion in assets under management (AUM), and at PGA, Pacific Life’s outsourced CIO business, he brings a wealth of experience in overseeing substantial investment portfolios.
His expertise spans prestigious firms including Merrill Lynch Investment Management, Putnam Investments, and JP Morgan, where he honed his skills in investment research, risk management, and trading.
He holds an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, is a CFA charterholder, and a University of Virginia graduate.

In 2011, Sarita founded her own consultancy, Indico, to facilitate connections between US investors and donors with India-based social entrepreneurs and NGOs, and to assist Indian NGOs with fundraising in the US. Sarita’s deep understanding of both Indian and American cultures allows her to effectively advance philanthropy among the Indian-American diaspora.
